Pamastay provides risk intelligence, analytics, and compliance support tools for healthcare organizations, including denial prediction, provider insights, and related services. Our Services are designed for healthcare providers, payers, and other healthcare-related organizations.

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Pamastay has no obligation to back up any content, and stored content may be deleted at any time without notice.

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Pamastay and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our prior written consent.

7. Service Changes and Discontinuation

Pamastay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We may add or remove features and functionalities, as well as increase or decrease service limits.

We will notify users by email or within the application when changes substantially impact utilization. Pamastay will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service, except that paying subscribers are entitled to a prorated refund for unused subscription fees if we permanently discontinue the Service.

8. Payment Terms

Certain Services may require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of paid Services. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PAMASTAY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAMASTAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pamastay and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Children

Pamastay does not advertise to children and specifically does not market content in podcasts and other public materials for individuals 18 and under. Our Services are not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age.

13. Changes to Terms

Pamastay may change these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy over time. Changes will be effective immediately unless explicitly stated otherwise. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and, where appropriate, by email.

Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
